Sustainability targets and reporting are daily headlines, and most businesses now have documented public targets.  

Some key considerations (best practice and legislative) are;

·       Implementation of ISO50001 EnMS (Energy Management Systems)

·       ESOS – phase 3, deadline for action plan submission has been extended to March 2025 (we are lead auditors)

·       Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR), including maintaining an up to date F-Gas register

·       Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) 

·       NABERS – A new scheme for rating the operational energy efficiency of UK offices (we are assessors)
